TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE INTENSOLINGERIE ONLINE STORE
 
I. INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY
 
1. These Terms & Conditions define the main rules of using the online shop available at www.intensolingerie.co.uk, hereinafter the INTENSOLINGERIE Online Shop, by the entities, including consumers, who purchase the Goods through the INTENSOLINGERIE Online Shop.

2. The INTENSOLINGERIE Online Shop, available at www.intensolingerie.co.uk, is run by: INTENSOLINGERIE with its registered office in Ashbourne, 8 Birches Terrace DE61DS.

II. DEFINITIONS
 
The phrases used in the Regulations mean:
1. INTENSOLINGERIE - INTENSOLINGERIE registered by Ashbourne, 8 Birches Terrace DE61DS.
2. Online Store - an organized IT platform for the presentation and sale of Goods run by INTENSOLINGERIE, via the website www.intensolingerie.co.uk.
3. Customer - an entity, including a consumer, purchasing Goods via the Online Store.
4. Goods - a product presented as intended for sale in the Online Store.
5. Regulations - these Regulations.
6. Order - an offer for the purchase of a specifically marked Good for the price shown in the Online Store, directed by the Customer to INTENSOLINGERIE, in accordance with the Regulations.
7. Customer Account - Customer's personal data along with data on transactions to date, the status of the currently placed order, stored in the INTENSOLINGERIE IT system, access to which is protected with a login and password created by the Customer during registration.

III. GENERAL
 
1. INTENSOLINGERIE, via the Online Store, presents the marked Goods with the unit price of each of them.
2. Information about the Goods intended for sale placed in the Online Store does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 §1 of the Civil Code, but the price list and an invitation to place an Order by the Consumer in accordance with the unit price of the Goods and the terms of the Regulations.
3. The sale and delivery of Goods via the Online Store covers only the territory of UNITED KINGDOM (England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales)
4. The condition for using the Online Store is to read and accept these Regulations.
5. By receiving the Order, INTENSOLINGERIE acts in confidence that:
a. The customer has the required legal capacity to perform a legal transaction;
b. the data and information provided by the Client to INTENSOLINGERIE are true;
c. The customer has read and accepted these Regulations;
6. Customers may contact the Online Store at the following e-mail address: info@intensolingerie.co.uk.
7. For the proper use of the Online Store, the user (Customer) should have computer hardware and software that meets the following minimum requirements: (a) a computer, laptop or other multimedia device with Internet access (in the case of the Application - a mobile device); (b) access to electronic mail; (c) Internet browser: Mozilla Firefox version 55.0 and higher or Internet Explorer version 11.0 and higher, Opera version 52.0 and higher, Google Chrome version 59.0 and higher, Safari version 11.0 and higher; (d) recommended minimum screen resolution: 1280x800; (e) enabling cookies and Javascript support in the web browser ;. In order to conclude the Sales Agreement, the Customer must have a valid / active e-mail address, and in certain cases a keyboard or other pointing device, enabling the correct completion of electronic forms.

IV. GOODS
 
1. Each Product presented for sale via the Online Store contains a sample photo characteristic of its type and, in the appropriate tab, information about its properties, i.e. colors and materials from which it was made, sizes, a specific signature of the Good.
2. Each Product presented for sale in the Online Store is the property of INTENSOLINGERIE, is brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and admitted to trading in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
3. The goods presented in the photos in the Online Store are an example of a generically identical product and are presented as closely as possible to their actual appearance. The photos reflect the colors and appearance of the Goods as accurately as possible. Due to individual settings or parameters of the user's monitor, there may be slight differences between the photo and the actual color of the Goods.

V. PURCHASE ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
 

1.    Purchase Orders can be placed in the Online Shop 24 hours a day 7 days a week only through www.intensolingerie.co.uk.

2.    Shopping in the Online Shop does not require having a Customer Account but it requires giving the basic details that permit contacting the Customer and sending the Goods.

3.    Placing a Purchase Order in the Online Shop requires going though all the ordering stages. If a Customer wishes to place a Purchase Order, they choose the type, model, colour, size and quantity from among the available Goods for the price as specified on the Website. The choice is made through the dialogue boxes on the Online Shop website, in line with their functionalities, for instance through selection of the “add to cart” icon. The Customer also chooses the payment method. After the Goods are selected, the required details are specified and the payment method is chosen, the Customer selects the

“CONFIRM PURCHASE” button to submit the Purchase Order to INTENSOLINGERIE. Submitting a filled out Purchase Order is tantamount to making an offer to buy the selected Goods from INTENSOLINGERIE for the price specified in the INTENSOLINGERIE price list and to cover the delivery costs.

4.    Having placed the Purchase Order, the Customer will receive feedback, to the e-mail address they have specified, with order acceptance and specification of the quantity, type and value of the Purchase Order, as well as a unique Purchase Order reference number. The e-mail received by the Customer is tantamount to a confirmation that the offer to purchase the Goods was submitted properly, has reached the INTENSOLINGERIE Online Shop and has been accepted in line with these Terms & Conditions before the sales contract was entered into. The information about INTENSOLINGERIE accepting the offer will include the confirmation that the contract has been entered into, including the data of the seller along with its address, the date of sale, the designation of Goods along with their quantity and price, and the delivery costs.

5.    The Customer can cancel a Purchase Order at any stage of its placement before the Purchase Order is submitted by removing the previously added Goods from the cart.

6.    The Online Shop performing the contract of sale requires specifying the right ordering party, Goods delivery address, phone number and e-mail address. If the details are defective, INTENSOLINGERIE reserves the right to contact the Customer.

7.    The price lists of the Goods available on the Online Shop website may change. The Customer and INTENSOLINGERIE are bound by the prices of Goods applicable at the moment when the Customer is placing the Purchase Order.


VI. PRICES OF GOODS AND DELIVERY COSTS

1.    The prices for all the Goods presented in the Online Shop are in GBP (BRITISH POUNDS) and are inclusive of the VAT but exclusive of delivery costs.
2.    The information about the total Purchase Order value, including the delivery costs, is presented in the Cart after the Customer has chosen the payment method.
3.    Any changes to the prices of Goods in the Online Shop will not affect the Purchase Orders already submitted by the Customer and accepted by the Online Shop.
4.    The special offers in the INTENSOLINGERIE Shop are not cumulative, unless the terms & conditions of a particular campaign provide otherwise.

VII. PAYMENT METHOD
 
The Online Store customer may choose the following payment methods for the ordered Goods:
1. BY PAYMENT CARD (including credit).
2. PAYPAL.

VIII. TIME OF ORDER COMPLETION AND DELIVERY
 
1. All accepted Orders are delivered to the Customer by the courier company HERMES, IN POST or DHL.
2. For each Product, in accordance with the functionality of the Online Store, the maximum time of order fulfillment by the Online Store is given, and the given time covers days from Monday to Friday. The deadline for the implementation of the Order begins:
a. in the case of payment by a PAYMENT CARD or PAYPAL - when the INTENSOLINGERIE store receives the Customer's payment authorization;
3. All customers will be informed by e-mail about the current status of the order.
5. By default, the address indicated by the Customer during registration in the store is assumed as the delivery address.
6. If the Customer receives the Goods in damaged packaging, it is recommended to describe this fact when collecting the parcel from the courier and report it to the INTENSOLINGERIE employee via e-mail to the following address: info@intensolingerie.co.uk.
7. In the event of unforeseen situations, INTENSOLINGERIE will inform the Customer about the problem and the method of its solution to the e-mail address provided in the Order.

IX. COMPLAINT
 
1. INTENSOLINGERIE is responsible for physical and legal defects of the Goods in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. In particular, INTENSOLINGERIE is responsible for physical defects of the Goods, existing at the time the danger passed on to the Customer or resulting from the cause inherent in the Goods sold at the same time, consisting in the non-compliance of the Goods with the contract.
3. The customer may use OUT OF COURT METHOD means of dealing with complaints and redress.
4. In the event of a Complaint, INTESOLINGERIE recommends returning the Goods in their original packaging, with the original proof of purchase and a description of the complaint attached, to the following address: INTENSOLINGERIE Ashbourne, 8 Birches Terrace DE61DS, informing us in advance by sending an email to info@intensolingerie.co.uk;
5. The INTENSOLINGERIE store will consider complaints within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
8. If the complaint is accepted, the defective goods will, at the will of the Consumer, be repaired or replaced with another, full-fledged goods, and if it is no longer possible (for example due to the fact that the goods are out of stock) or would require excessive costs, then INTENSOLINGERIE will be agreed upon with the Customer, will return to the Customer the equivalent of the price of the Goods or reduce the price, or, with the Customer's consent, will offer other goods available in the INTENSOLINGERIE Store to choose from.

11. Complaints regarding the provision of electronic services (e.g. problems with account registration) should be reported to the address info@intensolingerie.co.uk

X. CONTRACT RESCISSION
 
1. A customer who is a consumer concluding a distance contract has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods and immediately return the purchased Goods in an unchanged condition. The declaration of withdrawal should be sent to INTENSOLINGERIE to intensolingerie.co.uk
2. If the Customer rescinds the contract, they do not bear any costs, except or the costs of sending the Goods back to the Online Shop and except for the costs of delivering the Goods to an INTENSOLINGERIE point of sale (if the option of making the return to an INTENSOLINGERIE point of sale is chosen).
4. The Customer is obliged to immediately, no later than within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order, return the Goods, preferably together with a copy of the declaration of withdrawal, to the following address: INTENSOLINGERIE Ashbourne, 8 Birches Terrace DE61DS.
5. Exceeding the 30-day deadline for withdrawing from the contract will be the basis for not considering the withdrawal from the contract.
6. The reimbursement of the price, if paid, will be made in the manner specified in Chapter XI of the Regulations ("Customer reimbursement").

XIII. MISCELLANEOUS
 
1. The sales contract is concluded between the Customer and INTENSOLINGERIE in English and is subject to the law in force in Great Britain. Consolidation, security and disclosure of essential provisions of the concluded contract takes place by providing the customer with the acceptance of the order in the form of an e-mail and a VAT invoice sent with the Goods, which contains all the elements required by tax regulations, including the details of the seller and the buyer, Goods, price, quantity the purchased Goods. Acceptance of these regulations by the Customer who is also a consumer is tantamount to submitting a request for an invoice documenting the sale.
2. In order to use the services of the Store, the Customer is obliged to access the Internet and use devices on his own, together with the software necessary to display websites.
3. All rights to photos and videos posted on the website www.intensolingerie.co.uk belong to INTENSOLINGERIE. It is forbidden to use them in any field of exploitation.
